Fishing with Alberto
Don’t miss the thrilling experience of going out in the sea on a boat and enjoy fishing! You will have the opportunity to go fishing with Alberto, an expert fisherman and do trolling all the day. Probably you’ll fish tuna, amberjack, dentex, grouper, red porgy, swordfish and barracuda.

Dinner at the Shepherd's
Discover the live of a typical Sardinian Shepherd and its agricoltural activity directly at his home. You’ll see the preparation of the curd that is used to produce cheese and the ricotta, an especially fresh cheese. Afterwards you will taste a special dinner at the nearby Villa Tenuta Hibiscus with gourmet menu with typical Sardinian plates, such as: porceddu (spid-roasted pork), culurgiones or malloreddus and sabadas, or some tasty fish-based dishes with fresh fish, fished by us, and homemade bottarga. The ambience will let you feel at ease and very welcomed by our genuine local staff.

Fish market, Horse riding and Lunch at the Villa
Start the day with a visit to the famous fish market of Cagliari (the greatest fish market in Europe). There you can choose the fish that our chef will prepare for lunch. Afterwards we will bring you to the Parco di Molentargius, a park where you will enjoy a marvelous Horse riding passing by a large spot with pink flamingos. To conclude this exciting experience, you’ll have lunch in a prestigious villa in the park that offers also a whirlpool.

Wild Giara Horses
Giara horses is a horse breed native to Sardinia, that live in the Giara di Gesturi plateau. We will immerge you in this unique experience! In fact, the Giara Gesturi is the only lace in Europe where horses live in the wild, in an untouched environment with pure nature. Lunch is included in the price a typical barbecue in the woods.

For those who love trekking, the Sardinian hinterland offers enchanting landscapes in the wildest nature. You will see the Pirincanes falls where the Sardinian trout lives: a very unique one! Lunch is included in the price: a typical shepherd’s lunch in the woods.
